The water-heating component
– The hot & cold water dispenser with block cooling system is composed of: water tank made of stainless steel 304, filament (exothermic component), thermal relay to ensure the safety.
– Heating principle: When the dispenser is running, the filament produces heat to boil the water in the tank. When the water reaches the default limited temperature (95 C), the thermal relay automatically shuts off and supplies power for the thermistor. The procedure happens again and again while using.
